Food is undoubtedly one of the most important aspects of a catered ski chalet holiday. We pride ourselves on the quality of our catering and are passionate about the menus that we deliver.
We can organise catered holiday packages in both the winter and summer months.
All of our chalet menus are lovingly crafted by our in-house team. We use quality ingredients and source products locally and seasonally wherever possible. We offer delicious, hearty, home-cooked dishes that will fill you up after an action-packed day on the ski slopes.
Little touches like home-making all of our own sauces, chutneys and dressings; baking our cakes, croissants and desserts daily in-house and offering fresh not frozen produce add an extra bit of sparkle! Menus are varied and well balanced and we can cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
Any of our chalets can be booked on a catered basis.
We can offer catered holidays in both the summer and the winter months.
*1 Canapés are provided for full-week stays only. They can be booked as an extra for shorter stays.

Let us welcome you to Morzine with a glass of bubbly and a selection of delicious canapés.¹ We also offer an honesty bar which is restocked daily. You can enjoy a glass of wine in-front of the fire, or a pint of beer and a game of pool whenever you wish.
Kick-start each morning with a delicious continental breakfast.² Freshly baked bread, warm croissants and pastries, a selection of cereals, yogurts, jams and fruit, fresh fruit juice and a selection of hot-drinks. On 5 days per week our staff also serve a hot-breakfast option, and are available give you the latest snow report and help you to decide where would be the best place to ski that day.
Freshly baked cakes will be waiting for you on your return from the ski-slopes each day². A selection of different teas (including Earl-Grey and PG tips), fresh Italian coffee, hot-chocolate and soft drinks are always available in the lounge area too.
Evening meals consist of three delicious courses followed by a coffee/tea. Dinner time is usually around 7:30 but we can work around the time that suits you best. We offer a varied menu combining local and French classics with our favorite dishes from all over the world. Evening meals are provided on 5 nights per week.
We regularly cater for children and want to make sure that they enjoy their meals at the chalet as much as their parents do. All children are different so we are are happy offer separate, child-specific menus for the little ones, or for them to eat the same meals (or a simplified version) as their parents. Children's menus can be served in the early evening, or at the same time as the adult menu - you can choose whatever suits your family best. We will contact you before you arrive and the more information that you can give us on the types of food that your children like to eat, the better. If they have any firm favorite dishes or any major dislikes we will take these into account and try to offer a menu that will put a smile on their faces.
We can cater for any special dietary requirements so please get in touch and let us know of any requests. Please ensure that you discuss any specific dietary requirements with us well in advance of your arrival so that we have adequate time to devise some delicious dishes for you.
We regularly cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten and dairy-free diets, as well as a wide range of allergies.
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion please let us know and we can organize any extras that you want to make the night extra special.
Cakes, champagne, balloons, music, banners .... just let us know your vision and we'll do our best to help.
Catered chalet staff have two days off per week. On these days, fresh bread and pastries will be delivered to the chalet and a continental breakfast will be prepared and laid-out the previous evening. No evening meal is provided at the chalet on the staff days off but we can recommend (and book) one of the excellent local restaurants for you.
